I could not be more happy with Charlottesville Closets® service. He was on time, every time. His prices are way better than California Closets. Martin definitely understands customer service and was patient with me and made sure he understood exactly what I wanted. Quality of his install is excellent. The hardware matched exactly what I was looking for and again, he took the time to make sure that the product he was providing met with my approval and satisfaction. Having just built this home I have encountered so many contractors with a terrible customer service and price gouging. If you are looking for a high quality closet install from somebody who is professional and dependable Martin is your person. I am overwhelmingly satisfied. He got five stars because I couldn't give him 10.

Charlottesville Closets® was great to work with. He came out and spent over an hour measuring and talking through ideas. He sent us a quote promptly, and was flexible as we talked through options and finalized our plans. He was responsive in answering all of our questions. He contacted us about 4 weeks after his initial visit to tell us the cabinets were ready, and came out that Sunday to do the installation. He was prompt, courteous, helpful, and left the space tidy and vacuumed. We are so pleased with the results!

Charlottesville Closets® was incredible to work with through our primary closet redesign and upgrade. He was so personable and really wanted to make sure I could get everything I needed (and wanted) while being conscientious of my budget. I had shopped around and was pleasantly surprised to learn the quality finishes I wanted were included in Martin’s design (most of these were upgrades at another local business). Martin and his son completed the work promptly and left our closet tidy when they were finished. So happy I went with this family owned and operated business.
